The Old Inn has several menu formats to choose from.  An a la carte menu is served every night the restaurant is open except Saturdays and holidays.  The tradition of offering a prix fixe menu on Saturday evenings is a long standing one.  It is a four course menu with eight or nine choices for appetizers and entrees and four or five choices for dessert at $75 per person.  We offer a special Chef’s Tasting Menu at $95 every night.  On Wednesdays, Thursdays and Sundays we offer our three course Welcome Menu at $40 per person.  This menu changes daily and usually begins with a choice of soup or salad followed by a choice between two meat and a fish option and a set dessert.  Vegetarians and those with special dietary restrictions are always happily accommodated.

Our award winning wine list is carefully overseen by our restaurant manager James Stahl.

The dining rooms are lit entirely by candlelight and there are fireplaces in each room. Comfortably worn windsor chairs and mahogany tavern tables furnish the dining rooms. The iron chandeliers and wall sconces, as well as most of the architectural features and decorative details found in the dining rooms are true to the Inn’s early history.

In the summer months, dinner is also served outside on the garden terrace under a graceful white canopy. The dome steepled 19th century Meeting House and a wooded country road are seen in the background.

After dinner, guests may retire to the taproom for a glass of port or take the eighteenth century staircase upstairs to the bedrooms for an overnight stay.
